1. Acceptance
These Terms govern the use of Tender Radar, operated by Lazka Studio. By using the Tender Radar Telegram bot or connecting a Google account to it, you agree to these Terms and the Tender Radar Privacy Policy.
Lazka Studio is the brand name under which Oleksii Hernets, an independent developer based in Ukraine, operates Tender Radar.
2. Access
Tender Radar is available only to people invited by Lazka Studio. Access is personal and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, for example when a partnership ends.
3. What the service does — and does not do
Tender Radar finds and pre-filters public tenders and helps organize documents. It is a decision-support tool:
- tender data comes from the public Prozorro system and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the procuring entity;
- AI scores and reasons are estimates and can be wrong;
- relevant tenders can be missed, and irrelevant ones can be shown.
Always check the original tender on Prozorro — requirements, deadlines and documents there are authoritative. Decisions to bid, prices and submissions remain the responsibility of the team and the bidding company.
4. Connecting a Google account
Connecting Google Drive is optional and lets Tender Radar create tender folders and upload documents as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to share your access with others, not to attempt to bypass access controls, and not to use Tender Radar for unlawful purposes, including any interference with public procurement procedures.
6. Availability
Tender Radar depends on Prozorro, Telegram, Google and AI providers and may be unavailable, changed or discontinued. We fix problems as quickly as reasonably possible but do not promise uninterrupted operation.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tender Radar is provided “as is”, and Lazka Studio is not liable for missed tenders, deadlines, lost bids or indirect losses arising from use of the tool. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is published at this URL with its effective date.
