Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to CineVerse — Movie Reels & Clips, a mobile application operated under the name Lazka Studio. It covers the app’s catalog browsing, search, movie and show details, trailer Reels, likes, watchlist, preferences, advertising, and embedded video playback.

CineVerse does not currently require a personal account. It is a catalog and trailer-discovery app; it is not a full-movie streaming service.

2. Information processed

Different information is processed depending on the feature you use:

• Catalog activity: search terms, requested catalog pages, selected genres, and media identifiers are sent to the CineVerse catalog service so it can return results.
• Standard network data: when the app contacts online services, those services can receive information normally sent with an internet request, such as IP address, request time, device or app information, language, region, and network diagnostics.
• Advertising and video data: Google Mobile Ads and YouTube may process device, ad, playback, interaction, and network information as described in their own policies.
• Support information: if you contact Lazka Studio, the message and contact details you choose to provide will be used to respond and investigate the issue.

The current app does not include Lazka Studio account registration or a Lazka Studio-operated analytics service. Firebase Analytics and the prior seller Firebase configuration have been removed from the active app. This does not mean third-party advertising, video, hosting, or network providers process no data.

3. Information stored on your device

CineVerse stores the following app data locally on your device:

• titles saved to your watchlist;
• titles you have liked;
• selected media type and genre preferences;
• language and region preferences;
• playback settings; and
• notification preference state.

These collections and preferences are stored using the app’s local device storage. They are not attached to an account and are not uploaded to CineVerse servers during normal collection use. You can remove individual saved or liked titles in My Collection, clear saved data in Settings, or remove app data by uninstalling the app according to your device’s behavior.

4. CineVerse catalog service

The app connects to a CineVerse-operated catalog API to load trending and curated titles, search results, genres, Reels, title details, credits, seasons, related media, and artwork. Search text and catalog request parameters are sent only as needed to return that content.

The active backend may retrieve public catalog information from Trakt through the CineVerse service. The mobile app does not connect directly to Trakt in its normal catalog flow and does not send your watchlist or likes to Trakt. The backend caches public catalog responses and artwork to improve availability and performance; these caches are product content, not personal profiles.

Infrastructure providers may process and retain standard request logs for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security according to their configured settings and policies.

5. Third-party services

Google Mobile Ads

CineVerse includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for banner, interstitial, and rewarded-interstitial advertising. The current banner and rewarded-interstitial requests are configured to request non-personalized ads; third-party SDKs can still process identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, device information, diagnostics, ad impressions, and interactions for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and compliance. Ad delivery and consent behavior may vary by platform, region, and final production configuration.

YouTube embedded trailers

CineVerse plays available trailers through an embedded YouTube player. Loading or playing a trailer can send basic device, network, app-origin, player, and interaction information to YouTube. YouTube may use this information to render the player, determine playability and restrictions, protect against abuse, measure playback, and personalize its services as permitted by its settings and policies. CineVerse does not ask you to sign in to YouTube.

Your use of the embedded player is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Hosting and delivery

The CineVerse catalog and Lazka Studio website may use Cloudflare services for hosting, content delivery, storage, security, and operational diagnostics. Cloudflare may process standard network and request information under its own privacy terms.

6. Data retention and your choices

Device-local collections and preferences remain until you remove them, clear app data, or uninstall the app, subject to the way your device handles backups and restoration. Support messages are retained only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Third-party services set their own retention periods under their policies and configuration.

Because CineVerse does not currently provide accounts or upload My Collection data, Lazka Studio cannot remotely retrieve or delete a device-local watchlist or likes. Use the controls in My Collection or Settings to manage that data.

7. Children’s privacy

CineVerse is a general-audience movie and television discovery app and is not designed or directed specifically to children under 13 or the minimum age required in a user’s country. Lazka Studio does not knowingly collect account registration data from children because the app does not offer accounts. Trailer and advertising services may apply their own age-related rules and controls. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support message, contact Lazka Studio so the request can be reviewed.

8. Security

Lazka Studio uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small mobile service, including encrypted HTTPS connections for production catalog requests and provider-neutral storage design. No method of storage or network transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. International services

CineVerse relies on global service providers. Information handled by Google, YouTube, Cloudflare, and catalog infrastructure may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. Those providers apply their own legal terms and transfer safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when CineVerse features, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app when appropriate.
