1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of CineVerse — Movie Reels & Clips, operated under the name Lazka Studio. By using CineVerse, you agree to these Terms and the CineVerse Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

When you use an embedded YouTube player, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Nature of the service

CineVerse is an informational and entertainment discovery service. It helps users browse public catalog information about movies and television shows, search titles, view details, watch available embedded trailers or clips, and maintain an on-device collection.

CineVerse does not provide full movies or television episodes for streaming. Catalog information, images, ratings, cast information, recommendations, trailers, and release information may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.

3. Third-party content and services

CineVerse depends on third-party services for catalog information, artwork, advertising, and embedded video playback. These services include YouTube and Google Mobile Ads, and the CineVerse backend may obtain public catalog data through providers such as Trakt.

Lazka Studio does not control third-party content, availability, advertising, regional restrictions, age restrictions, or provider policies. A title may have no trailer, or a trailer may become unavailable, restricted, or blocked from embedded playback. Third-party use is subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.

4. Intellectual property

CineVerse software, interface design, and original Lazka Studio materials are owned by or licensed to Lazka Studio. Movie and show names, artwork, trailers, clips, logos, trademarks, and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying or linking to that content does not transfer ownership to Lazka Studio or to you.

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial discovery and viewing. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, re-host, remove attribution from, or claim ownership of protected content unless the applicable rights holder or law permits it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with, overload, scrape, probe, or disrupt CineVerse or its services;
• bypass access controls, geographic restrictions, player controls, advertising, or security protections;
• use the app or its content for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing activity;
• reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with Lazka Studio, CineVerse, or a third-party content owner.

6. Service availability

CineVerse may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, in whole or in part. Features can depend on network access, a supported device, app-store distribution, and third-party systems. Lazka Studio does not promise that every title, trailer, feature, or region will always be available.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CineVerse is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete. Catalog and release information should not be relied on where independent verification is important.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lazka Studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or third-party losses arising from use of, or inability to use, CineVerse. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

8. Changes

Lazka Studio may update the app or these Terms as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continuing to use CineVerse after an update means the revised Terms apply, to the extent permitted by law.
