Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the website lazkastudio.top and to communication and project work with Lazka Studio, an independent software studio that builds websites, AI automation, Telegram bots and integrations.

Lazka Studio is the brand name under which Oleksii Hernets, an independent developer based in Ukraine, operates the studio and is responsible for the information described here.

Lazka Studio products have their own policies, which take priority for those products: CineVerse Privacy Policy and Tender Radar Privacy Policy.

2. This website

lazkastudio.top is a static website. It has no user accounts and no contact forms, and it does not use cookies or advertising trackers.

To understand which pages are useful, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track you across sites. It reports aggregated figures only — page views, referring sites, countries, device types and page load speed.

Like any website, it is delivered through a hosting provider (Cloudflare). When you open a page, the provider receives standard request information — such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page and time — to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. This information is handled under Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy; Lazka Studio does not use it to build visitor profiles.

3. When you contact the studio

You can reach Lazka Studio by email or Telegram. When you do, we receive what you choose to send: your name or username, contact details, and the details of your project or question.

We use this only to reply, prepare a quote, and plan and deliver the work you ask for. We do not add you to mailing lists without your consent and we do not sell or rent your information.

4. Information in client projects

During a project you may give us access to materials, accounts or data — for example website content, hosting or domain access, Google Ads or analytics accounts, bot tokens, or business data a bot or automation will process.

• We use this access only to do the agreed work, and only to the extent needed.
• Credentials are kept private and are not shared beyond the people working on your project.
• Accounts, domains, code and data belong to the client. At the end of a project, or at any time on request, we hand them over and remove our access where you ask us to.
• Where a solution we build processes personal data of your own customers, you remain responsible for informing them and having a legal basis; we act on your instructions and can help you prepare the notices you need.

5. Third-party services we use

To communicate and deliver work, Lazka Studio uses common service providers, each under its own privacy terms: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), Google (email, documents and cloud services), Telegram (messaging) and, when a project needs them, hosting, AI and payment providers agreed with the client. Payments are processed by the payment service you use; we receive confirmation of the payment, not your full card or account details.

6. How long we keep information

Inquiries that do not turn into a project are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. Project correspondence and records are kept while the project and any maintenance continue, and afterwards for as long as reasonably needed for warranty questions, accounting or legal obligations. Client credentials are removed when they are no longer needed for the work.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to the address below; we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for a small studio: HTTPS everywhere, least-privilege access to client systems, and private storage of credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

9. Children

The website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this URL with its effective date.
