Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the website lazkastudio.top and to services provided by Lazka Studio: websites, website improvements, launch and maintenance, AI automation, Telegram bots and integrations, Google Ads and analytics, and technical SEO.

Lazka Studio is the brand name under which Oleksii Hernets, an independent developer based in Ukraine, operates the studio; “Lazka Studio”, “we” and “us” in these Terms refer to him.

Each project is defined by a quote or written agreement (including messages in email or Telegram) that describes the scope, price and timeline. If the quote and these Terms differ, the quote takes priority. Lazka Studio products have their own terms: CineVerse and Tender Radar.

2. Using the website

Information on this website, including prices marked “from”, is a general guide and not a binding offer. A price becomes binding once it is confirmed in a quote for your project.

3. How a project runs

• Brief and quote. We agree on what will be built, the price and the timeline before work starts.
• Payment. Usually 50% before work starts and 50% after launch. Small tasks are paid in advance. Payment methods are agreed in the quote.
• Revisions. Revisions within the agreed scope are included. New features or changes outside the scope are quoted separately before they are done.
• Your input. Timelines depend on receiving content, access and feedback from you on time. Delays on your side move the timeline accordingly.
• Launch. Small fixes right after launch are free. Ongoing maintenance is optional and agreed separately.

4. Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, the code, design made for you, domain and accounts belong to you. We hand over access and can transfer everything to your accounts. Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock images, hosting and API services) remain subject to their own licenses and terms, and their fees are paid by the client unless the quote says otherwise.

Lazka Studio may show completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

5. Third-party platforms

Many solutions depend on platforms we do not control — for example Google, Telegram, Cloudflare, hosting, payment and AI providers. Their availability, pricing, policies and account decisions are outside our control. We build to their current rules and help adapt the solution if those rules change, but we cannot guarantee their behavior.

6. Advertising and results

For Google Ads, SEO and similar work, we set up and improve campaigns and websites professionally, but we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, positions or sales: results depend on the market, budget, competition and the platforms’ own algorithms. Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the platform.

7. Warranties and liability

We do the work with reasonable skill and care and fix defects in what we delivered that are reported soon after launch. To the extent permitted by law, Lazka Studio’s total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data loss caused by third-party services. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. Pausing or cancelling

Either side can stop a project by notice in writing. Work already done is paid for proportionally, and the client receives what has been completed up to that point.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version is published at this URL with its effective date. Changes do not affect quotes already agreed.
